This Privacy Policy explains how Crump Tech ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Verona, Wisconsin, collects, uses, and protects information when you use CrumpCRM and our marketing website at crumpcrm.com.
We're a small, founder-led company. We built CrumpCRM to help businesses run better — not to harvest data. This policy is written in plain language because we believe you deserve to know exactly what happens with your information.
The short version: We don't sell your data. Ever. Your business data lives in your own isolated database. You own it.

CrumpCRM integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. Data is only shared with these services when you enable the integration:
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We only send these services the minimum data required for the integration to function.
CrumpCRM Application — We use a session cookie to keep you authenticated while using the application. This is a functional cookie required for the app to work. No third-party tracking cookies are used within the application.
Marketing Website (crumpcrm.com) — We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use our marketing site. GA4 uses cookies to collect aggregate, anonymized data such as page views and traffic sources. This data helps us improve our website — it is not connected to your CRM account in any way.
We retain your account information and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation or data export requests. After that period, your database and all associated data are permanently deleted.
We may retain certain records longer if required by law (such as invoicing or financial records).

CrumpCRM is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using CrumpCRM, you consent to this transfer and processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice in the application.
